Ok, Ok. Although we're almost done with January and the New Years resolutions that come with it...wait, fuck New Years Resolutions. No one keeps 'em anyways. Regardless, if you did resolve to drop a few pounds this year I think I can help. Come on. I've been around the M500 store for years now and I know the big boy (and girl) sizes sell REALLY WELL. Again, I'm just saying if you did resolve to drop some pounds I'm here to help point ya' in the right direction. I used to be a fat fuck.Before I was eating and exercising all wrong to have hopes of burning the fat. I've tried a lot of the shit out there. The Zone back in the day, Slim Fast even more back in the day, Atkins and a cyclical ketogenic diet among them. All with limited or not long lasting results. Over the last few months I've learned four principles that have allowed me to alter my physique dramatically. Since I'm a giver (and I do care) here they are.
Fuck Dieting
If you're on a diet, you're bound to FAILURE! Diet is a fucking four-letter word. Do no not go on a diet. Instead, change your diet. If you just want to drop pounds and then put it right back on, then by all means go a head and DIET. Plain and simple. Start learning to like lean sources of protein, vegetables and whole-grain pastas and breads. Yes, I said it. Pastas and Breads. Good carbohydrates with a healthy amount of fiber. In moderation of course. Which brings us too the next principle.
Eat six meals a day
Yes. Six meals a day. That doesn't mean six trips for a Jumbo Jack and curly fries. That means well proportioned meals a day. Each meal should provide good fats (omega-3- from salmon or flaxseed, and monounsaturated- from olive oil), protein (tuna, extra-lean beef, whey powder, chicken breast, and turkey breast), good carbohydrates (whole grain sources) and some fiber (shoot for 4 grams of fiber each meal to hit your 24 grams of fiber a day recommended amount). Eating six meals a day you'll be amping up your metabolism and keeping you full. The model I know is this: Eat breakfast (the most important meal of the day), three hours later eat a snack, two hours after that eat lunch. Eat another snack three hours after lunch, then another snack two hours before dinner. Have your last snack of the day two hours after dinner. There are many calorie calculators online that tell you what your caloric intake for the day should be to maintain your weight and to lose a pound a week (the healthy amount you should be losing **). Just divide what kind of calories you need to be taking in for your desired results and divide it by six to get an idea of what you should be eating. I suggest that for a while keep track of what you're eating, when and the calories. This is not a rigorous demand though. A rough idea of where you're at for the day is good enough for now. Many suggest that you should be taking in a gram of protein for every pound of body weight. This is supposed to help insure that you're burning fat and not lean mass (muscle) when "dieting." You can use your required protein intake to help you judge and portion what you should be eating in each meal/snack throughout the day. Oh, and don't forget to drink plenty of water! Speaking of drinking...
Learn to love smoothies
If you're on the M500 Myspace Boards you know that I and others love SKS Piña Coladas (extra pulpy- 3 oz light rum,3 tbsp coconut milk,3 tbsp crushed pineapples and a personal touch) and Egg Nog. I REALLY love making them too. Making them all this time I've learned my way around a blender. Smoothies are an efficient tool in your fight against your gut. You can make healthy, protein packed meals in seconds with a blender. Smoothies can help keep you full and cut down cooking time to almost nothing. One I like is (ok, seriously) Nonfat milk, a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder and a half a cup of instant oatmeal. Soluable fiber (from the oatmeal) and protein keep me full and energized for the tasks at hand. Peanut Butter (no more than 2 TBSP a day I'd say though because it is really high in fat), non/lowfat yogurt, fruit, and berries (blueberries and raspberries esp.) all are really good in smoothies too.
Exercise is a must
Now if you don't exercise right now, that's fine. You will need to though to get the most from your newly changed way of eating. Circuit weight training is the best for burning the fat. You get the combo of weight training and intense cardio exercise. For beginners just start out with a set of push-ups followed immediately by squats (with no weights) and then a set of pull-ups/chin-ups. Rest and then start the sets over again. Do this three times. There you go. Now do this three times a week allowing 48 hours between workouts. You're on the way to transforming your body. Keep with this for a couple of weeks. Look up circuit routines online (and how to do any exercises online). You don't need to join a gym (but by all means go ahead if you want to) to get a good workout at home. Add some cardio two to three times a week too if you want after you get a set regimine down. Cardio is great for cardiovascular health and for burning fat.
There's just the tip of the iceberg, but those are the four most important principles you'll need if you want to eat smart and get fit 4 life, the M500 way. Hit me up if you have questions. If you're looking to change your physique here are the basics. You can do it juggalos and 'lettes!
*Always consult your physician before staring a new diet or exercise regime...okay you knew that right?
**I never have lost just a pound a week. My weight will maintain over a couple of weeks and then I'll just drop 2+ lbs. out of nowhere. This is just how my body seems to be. So don't be discouraged if you aren't dropping the recommended "pound a week" either. Oh yeah, and it's not exactly about losing "weight" either. It's about losing FAT.

SKS will spend hours making his world famous PINA COLADAS (extra pulpy) using a blender and porn mags, Jugalinko will punch someone in the face the next concert we hitup, and Bugley1 will learn to read. Yup thats right as for me im going to retire from the NBA. I know you ninjaz have been hittin up M500 for a while waiting for the new updates and freshness well we've been on a short hiatus getting our shit together and schoolin some tactics for the new year. Snackquille Oatmeal was not on hand to witness this grand event. Yes thats right im retired from the NBA. The Lakers held a ceremony for me at halftime during a recent Lakers vs Grizzlies game at Staples Center here in Los Angeles. I took my gf Sarah to her first Basketball game EVER let alone she'd never been to Staples. Its my second home kind of like Oprah's second home is Haagen Dazs!! What a FAT BITCH! Yall bitches should know i sported my LAKERS COLORS PSYCHOPATHIC JERSEY reppin the hatchet up next to people like Jack Nicholson, Adam Sandler, and David Arquette who were also all at the game courtside. Ok enough rambling heres some really shitty pics from the game before the ceremony from a homeless person's verizon phone. I felt sorry for him that he got stuck outside so i gave him my ticket. Hello again Lo's, Lette's, Kings and Queens. Boogie here with another quick interview as promised. I was able to get in touch with Suburban Noize artist; Judge D. I hooked him up with some questions and he got them back to me rather quick. If you have not picked up any of his records, you should be kicking yourself in your ass!!! BOOGIE: You signed with Subnoize back in 2000. Is there anything out there pre-subnoize days that fans can find?

JUDGE D: I guess if you really want to u can find my first demo ever with my first band Victimeyez. It was recorded for $100 bucks by a friend in 1998 so its about as bootleg as they come. I have about 60 original hidden copies I'm gunna ebay pretty soon. The album is called Birth Of A Rebel.

BOOGIE: How did you come across Subnoize?

JUDGE D: I've known Loc and Richter since we were kids, and in 2000 Loc introduced me to Daddy X. The rest is history.

BOOGIE: I have noticed some guitar in a few of your songs. Have you thought about doing a colab with Mower, Last Laugh or Subnoize's newest members, HED pe?

JUDGE D: Actually I got plans to colab with all three of those bands this year. I also have plans to do a live band album myself with Greg Russell, who was Mowers old giutar player. We are goin to do it independently and try to have it done by April or may.

BOOGIE: What do you think about being on the road? Having to sell your own merch?

JUDGE D: I love being out on the road doing shows and @ the merch booth kicking it with my peoples, it's what I'm all about. The only downfall is having to leave my son. When your not raising your child, somonee else is. This is my sacrifice.

BOOGIE: How did it feel when you found out that you were gonna have a track on the Playboy Mansion game for PS2?

JUDGE D: I was stoked for the opportunity because it's something I've always wanted to do. It was cool cuz I got to create the theme song for it from scratch. As an artist it was alotta fun.

BOOGIE: Looking at your bio, it says that you had Thanksgiving dinner at Bizarre of D12's house. How did you manage that? How long have you known him?

JUDGE D: Ya, I did the D-12 tour with Kottonmouth and met him and his wife Cindy. They were really cool and showed me alotta love by having me over for thanksgiving. Mad love for Bizzarre and Cindy.

BOOGIE: You have worked with quite a few other artists. Who else would you like to work with if you got the chance?

JUDGE D: Damion Marley, some militias rasta with some militias rap. I think it's just what the world needs right now. Besides him, anyone else who wants to stand up on a track to fight back is cool with me.

BOOGIE: If you were not making music today....where do you think you would be?

JUDGE D: Sad to say probably dead or in jail. My ideas and realities are so different, I don't know if I could fit in any other way. I can't work a 9 to 5, not possible. I truly believe music and message is why I'm here.

BOOGIE: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

JUDGE D: I'd move to the woods off the grid living completely natural, unplugged and disconnected from all the bullshit. Raise my son the right way while at the same time finding another way to help the future of our world and it's humanities doomed existence. Does that make any sense?

BOOGIE: We have all heard the cd's, and love them. But I would like to get to know Judge better. With myself being a veteran of the first Gulf War, I always ask this; Where do you stand on what we are doing in Iraq now?

JUDGE D: This question is hard for me to answer in short but I'll try. Is it progress for a cannibal to use a knife and a fork? War is an option the same as peace, we must choose wisely. The only true fight is only for peace, anything else is bullshit.

BOOGIE: Do you feel that we are actually "fighting terrorism" here in America?

JUDGE D: I think things have gone to far and now their gunna have to. I also think this is bigger than most people realize and if there was ever a time to speak out it's now.

BOOGIE: What are your thoughts on the legalization of medical marijuana?

JUDGE D: I'd like to believe it's a step in the right direction but it seems with all the local raids and arrests down in San Diego, it's just all about money and control.

Me and my boy SKS juggalo went to the Nine Inch Nails concert the other day a great friend of mine TOM ALLEN bought both me and sks Tix to the show, super cool THANKS TOM!!!. It was awesome. We were front row the whole time and got some great shots of "TWIGGY" and "TRENT". The show was great, trent being 43 years old now instead of powering down Jack Daniels like back in the day when we saw him, he was powering down Sweet Baby Rays Beef Rib Coladas and Ensure. The venu was so off the wall the 1st thing trent said when he came out was "this is the wierdest place we have played this tour" hahahahh TRUE! The crowd was off the HOOK though! I almost died durring the show, i swear im getting too old for this shit, but ill die in the pit if thats how its gona be with my walker and cain in hand. Scott aka SKS was all over the place, he is like 200 days sober from drinking and was actualy able to keep himself from beating people down and getting kicked out.

On another note our own Clown E Love of Milenko500 has been going to school at UCLA for a while now and is getting the job done. He finaly is done with finals week and just finished his last class for his degree in Human Sexuality and got his minor in PE. Well, it just so happened that Lil ole me got the chance to go upstairs into the green room and hang out with the boys. Even had my handy dandy tape recorder with me. I was able to sit down with Brad X, Bobby B and Johnny Richter for a small interview. After typing my fingers to the bone, I can finally bring that interview to everyone. Some good news in this, so enjoy!!



Brad and Richter are sitting on one couch. Bobby is on the other packing a bong getting ready for a few hits. Chucky Chuck is behind me shooting pool (and getting his ass kicked) with Brad's daughter, Sky Blue.

BOOGIE - Im sitting here with Brad "Daddy" X, Johnny Richter and Bobby B. Guys, Thanks for the time here. My first question is for Brad. Anything in the upcoming future for the Humble Gods?

BRAD - We are going to release a box set. It's a 2 cd set. What it is, is the Born Free Record and then its ten new songs and ah, like ten to twelve of the older stuff. Like ones from No Hero's and the first record. And that's going to come out some time around early summer.

BOOGIE - So we have new Kingspade coming out this summer

RICHTER - Yep, June. 06 06 06. haha

BOOGIE - Haha. New Daddy X coming out and the Humble Gods box set.

BOBBY - Don't forget about One Session. Same date as Daddy X's; January 31st. What it is, One Session is a couple of guys from the old neighborhoods. They added a couple of other guys and the records called DJ Bobby B Presents The Hidden Treasures. It's just some straight up hip hop. Got a cut on the new SRH compilation and a cut on the new Kottonmouth record called Get Cash with Johnny Richter.

BOOGIE - Brad, you and I were talking about rumors earlier. Is there any truth to the rumor that Kottonmouth will join Twiztid on the upcoming Mutant Tour?

BRAD - There has been talk about it. We have Blaze out with us now. They have defiantly asked us to go out and do some dates. Right now, we have a record to finish for ourselves. They are going out in March and we plan on going to Japan and Australia at that time. But the Subnoize Souljaz will defiantly be on that tour. Then maybe we will do some dates. I'm not too sure.

KMK CREW BITCHES! BOOGIE - Hed PE. How did Suburban Noize get Hed?

BRAD - Are you stoked about that?

BOOGIE - Oh hell yea!

BRAD - Well, its not about how we got them. We've known Hed from Southern Cali for a long time now. And obviously with what's going on in the music business now, with bands being let go and not having a home, Suburban Noize was a perfect home for a band like Hed PE. That way they can maintain control of their own destiny. Put out their records the way they want to put them out. Be with a label that understands what they did and let them do what they do, it was really a good fit.

BOOGIE - Are yall gonna be on their new one?

BRAD - You know what? They asked me about it; If the Kings want to come on the new record, we can. So its really up to Johnny Richter.

JOHNNY - I'm all about it. I would love to be on that record. I try to be on as many Subnoize records that I can. I try to be on everybodys. I been on OPM's record. I been on both of Big B's records. Been on both of Judge D's records. I did a song with Saint and Big B on the Souljaz record. Im on the One Session record. Been on Bobby B's records. So pretty much I try to get on everybody records, so I would love to be on the new Hed record. I have been going to Hed shows for, ah, I cant even tell you how long now. So I would be real stoked to get on that record.

BOBBY - Not only that man, Sobnoize aint no joke ya know what I mean. There coming to us now. The guys from One Session have been doing this for 19 years, and they have some hot stuff. They chose to come here. We just signed X-Clan, legendary hip hop group. He prolly had many places where he could go, but he came here. People are coming to Subnoize cuz it is what it is. You get to do what you want.

BOOGIE - It is getting big. There is no doubt about that. Well, Lou is not up here so I cant ask this one.

BRAD - Well we can answer his question..She was 17. (all laughing)

BOOGIE - King Klick video. Is there an unedited version or do we just get to see the edited one?

JOHNNY - Um, there was some unedited stuff going on after the filming, but I doubt there is any out there on film.

BRAD - That's Lexy Marie on Richter's bed by the way. Your eyes are not deceiving you.

BOOGIE - Any possibility of any P-Town Ballas in the works?

BRAD - P-Town Ballas? I've heard Richter, Loc and Judge talking about something like that, (looks at Richter) right?

JOHNNY - Yea yea yea. We have talked about it. But we have so much on out plates right now I don't expect anything like that in 06. Im not saying that 07 or 08 aint a possibility, but I just don't see it any time soon. Between Kingspade and Kottonmouth, our plate is full.

BOOGIE - Where do you see yourselves in another 10 years?

BRAD - Honestly, quite honestly, especially how the music industry is, with the way life is, we don't try to look that far in advance. We just try to take care of right now. One day, one song, one show, one record. We may plan out one year in advance, but that about how far we look. Hopefully, God willing, we will still be making albums, and doing our thing.

Milenko500 owner THE JUGALINKO and I headed down to Hollywood to see CKY at the Avalon in Hollywood. Aside from some staleness that shall not be mentioned here (coke heads!), the show was awesome. We met up with Bugley, Chris Raab, Kori, Clown E and Sarah at the hotel room for drinks and chain-smoking. Ok, the chain-smoking was just me, weak weak man that I am.

Let me state right off the bat that I DID NOT OFFER up Pina Coladas. It wasn't Friday night so there were no Pina Coladas. Ok. The Knives (didn't see them) and FuManchu (they rock) opened for cKy. CKY came out and started playing and it seemed like no-one was really that excited, more confused.

Then all the sudden it was like a lightbulb turned on in everyone's head that was just milling around. "Hey, CKY is playing" and they crammed their way up front. CKY didn't play that much stuff off the new album, but they did play A LOT of their older stuff. I moved around quite a bit during their set, so I got the full experience from different perspectives. Hands down CKY is one of the best (if not the best) live bands out there. When they tour again, YOU MUST SEE THEM!!!

For years people have been coming over to my homie Mayfield's house after they get done visiting with family on Turkeyday. Why? CKY at the Avalon in Hollywood
Ok last saturday the M500 camp minus Kae-lo were in Hollywood partying it up with the stars at the Avalon club. CKY or CAMP KILL YOURSELF was headlining a show so we all got real tipsy first at the Grafton Hotel where out of town guest Jugalinko was staying. I mobbed over with my gf sarah and we met up with Jug, SKS, JJ, Bugley1, Kori, R2D2, Man-At-Arms, Beastman, and The Dude. I honestly don't remember if there were any opening bands i was too tipsy by then but dammit at least i made it inside. All the usual goths and semi-goths were there and then there was us. Heres some pics from the show bitches! BOOYA!



If you've never seen CKY live you owe it to yourself to go check em out at least once. This was the second time ive seen them live. The first was at the Roxy in Hollywood where Bam Margera was the guest of honor. This time it was Matt Damon stand-in Chris Raab from Viva La Bam fame. He paraded on stage drunk off his ass blowing kisses at SKS. It was fuckin weird. Anyway CKY brought their "A" game cuz this time seeing them was way ill. They did all the classics like "ESCAPE FROM HELL VIEW" and MY PROMISCUOUS DAUGHTER (a juggalo favorite). The crowd was madd hyped! I saw a girl in the mosh pit getting knocked the fuck around but she didnt care cuz she was having a great time and someone probably slipped her some "e". Come to think about thats about the time we lost JJ. Yup we lost a member of our crew when we headed back to the Grafton. He later showed up at 4am BEYOND hammered with a black eye and complaints of rectal bleeding. No one paid much attention to him tho cuz this was typical behavior for JJ.

So ya the concert was the shit. Even the high priced drinks didnt damper the evening thanks to Scott flossin his platinum card at the bar. THANKS SKS! Well i need to go shove more food in my face. Its All Fun and Games Til Kae Lo Falls off the stage...BYP Proves They Are "The One"
Oh my lordy, It's your homie Kae hitting ya once again harder than your mom slapping you upside the head for breaking the lamp. Boy oh Boy, for those of you did not make it out to freakfest 2005 in San Bernardino, well you didnt miss much. HOWEVER, however, you would have found it to be all worth it to see my mudda fuckin homies, The Backyard Pimps throw it down on stage. First and foremost, BIG BIG Thanks to my homies BYP for hooking it up with everything this past weekend. Special thanks to my girlfriend Amie for taking bomb ass photography while I was running around filming drunk on stage.

The BYP crew and myself met up for breakfast early on Saturday morning. We later headed out to San Bernardino for Freakfest. Now, the turn out for this years Freakfest was not as packed as expected. Regardless as soon as 4 pm hit, we were all in line for free beer! By the time 7 45 hit, we all had a good buzz going (actually i was fucked up). Thats neither here nor there tho! Bottomline, BYP tore the fuck up outta the stage rocking harder than any other band in performence that night. They by far attracted the biggest crowd of the day. It wouldn't be a proper update without giving my homies at the Klinic Smoke Shop. Props for the tight ass free giveaways! For you So Cal ninja's BYP will be blowing the roof off a venue once again on November 30th at BB Kings at Universal City Walk. See ya'll there!

I Love the Country Folks!!!
Couple weeks ago I took up to Jugalinkos pad. It definiately is a great change of pace from the city life. My girlfriend and homie Chris made the Mecca journey with me. While we were there, Jugalinko hooked it up by making enchiladas con pico de gallo! Later on that day we met up with SKS, Mayfield and our old homie Wiqid Carl. Later on that night we hit up a football game where Jugalinko proceeded to grope each and every cheerleader. I'll admit, I groped the fxck outta the consession stand chic for free Tri Tip sandwiches. Much Much later that night after the game, we all went back to Casa de La Linko for an all night drink-a-thon! Mouse Traps, drunk folks, lotta drinks, shyyyyit! Man the pictures speak for themself!

THE YEAR IS 2005 AND VAMPIRO IS STILL THE MUTHA FUCKIN MAN!!!...
You don't have to take my word for it though, just ask the fans over in Ireland why they think the attendance more than doubled for Irish Whip Pro Wrestling's 11/14 show. This is a no-brainer folks.VAMPIRO was in the Main Event! That night our former JCW and former co-holder of the WCW Tag Team Titles- VAMPIRO took on IWW's current Heavyweight Champion Seamus O' Shaunessy. VAMP and Shaunessy took the fight all over the arena that night. In the end it was Shaunessy scoring the win over the Juggalotus, with some outside interference of course. Needless to say, Irish fans can't stop braggin in message boards about how impressive VAMP was in his rare appearance to their neck of the woods. Rumor has it that VAMPIRO may be returning to Irish Whip Pro Wrestling in late January.

VAMPIRO has also been turning a lot of wrestling fans heads over in the International Pro Wrestling UK federation as well. During last Sundays "Brawl at the Hall" show VAMPIRO gave quite an emotional speech for the fans in attendance. And no, it wasn't about his rocky past with WCW, TNA, beefs with other wrestlers, or ICP ignoring his many peace offerings (all these topics have been covered in my many exclusive VAMPIRO interviews here at www.milenko500.com).

The speech was about something much deeper to VAMP. VAMPIRO informed the many fans in attendance about his past friendship with the late Eddie Guerrero and how he will always fondly remember him and miss him dearly. The fans were said to be very touched with VAMPIRO's professionalism. Later that night VAMPIRO faced IPW's current Champion Stevie Douglas. This was by far the standout match of the night. Both men gave an outstanding performance and really got the crowd hyped throughout the Main Event. The finish came when an outside wrestler accidentally clocked VAMP in the head with a chair allowing Douglas to claim the victory that night. Following the match VAMPIRO snagged the microphone and issued a Cage Match rematch to Douglas in the near future. Now, I'm not 100% sure if he's gonna appear, but rumor has it that VAMPIRO will be appearing at the upcoming Full Contact Wrestling event on December 10th. The show is being held at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in Los Angelos. It should be a well publicized event, seeing as how many shows have over 5000 fans in attendance. The last show they had there featured VAMPIRO (who ended up winning the match) & Cyanide against Pogo & Mortiz. It was great to see VAMP back beating some ass on U.S. soil again. Actually both VAMPIRO and SABU appeared on the show. That's the 2 biggest Juggalo wrestlers in history right there! And by the way, congrads goes out to SABU for recently signing a WWE Legends contract (even though he was never really a WWE wrestler). That man deserves any and all recognition for all the hard work and sacrifice he put into the business. THE MOST IMPORTANT ALBUM IN YEARS WILL BE RELEASED ON 01/24/2006.THE NATAS REUNION ALBUM!!!
14 tracks that people never thought possible will be hitting shelves on January 24th. I'm talking about the return of the pioneers of the acid rap genre- NATAS aka THE NATION AHEAD OF TIME AND SPACE! Why is this album such a big deal? Because it wasn't supposed to happen, that's why. After years of rumored tension between ESHAM and MASTAMIND, they've come together again to fulfill the dayoner's one last album wish. Although, recent internet rumors are pitting ESHAM and MASTAMIND at odds with each other once again.it's doesn't really matter because the album is finished! That's right, it's going down for sure! For over a decade these 3 boys have put down the blueprints of exactly what the wickedshit is, and what it's supposed to sound like. I can honestly say that NATAS as a group is the most impressive rap group I've ever listened to.

I know I'm not the only Juggalo out there that's gonna miss ESHAM's talents over at Psychopathic Records. Not only did he put out one of my all time favorite Psychopathic releases in "Repentance", but ESHAM also stepped in and produced some of the greatest beats the hatchet has ever had claim to. Shiiit, for example just think about your favorite songs on "Hells Pit". Now, open the booklet and check out who produced it. Chances are, it was ESHAM. I think we're all gonna really start to notice how much the vocals and choruses will lack without ESHAM around anymore. Oh well, 4 years of flawless service was better than none right.

Now, I'm not sure how Shaeheed and the rest of DARKERSOUND ENTERTAINMENT managed to rally all 3 NATAS members back together for this last album, but it's been done. And no matter how much truth the recent ESHAM/MASTAMIND fallout rumors might hold, the final NATAS album will see the light of day as planned. The undisputed actor behind the JASON VOORHEES hockey mask is KANE HODDER! Despite being mentioned on here several times for being a proud Juggalo, KANE is a legend to the horror movie genre. He's the only actor to ever play JASON more than once(4 times to be exact). He's the only big name horror guy to go around to all kinds of public events wearing Psychopathic Merchandise. He's done stunts for well over 100 films. He's had roles in dozens of movies including- "Monster", "Wishmaster", "Daredevil", "Under Seige", etc. However, I think KANE will always admit that his stunt work is his true passion. After being shafted for the role of JASON in "Freddy vs. Jason", many figured he'd missed out on the biggest opportunity to come his way. That isn't the case at all with Mr. Hodder.

In fact KANE is busier than ever these days. Needless to say I was psyched to pop in the "30 Days In Hell" behind the scenes documentary that came with the un-rated version of ROB ZOMBIES "THE DEVIL'S REJECTS" and see KANE! He can be seen providing stunt work expertise throughout the making of the film. Besides seeing my boy KANE on the DVD extras, the movie is fuckin awesome! It's like a evil western version of the first film "The House of 1000 Corpses". Beyond the weekly Friday Piña Colada night (that some of you might have read about on the M500 myspace boards){here is the exact pina colad thread}, the whole Cali M500 crew will be in Hollywood at the Avalon for the cKy show on the 19th. Get yo' tickets now. cKy delivers the goods when they play live, so this is a must see event if you missed the last one. Sean "Soprano" Jugalinko will be there full of rum n' cokes, all white-eyed and waving his glock around like a madman. I have heard rumors that Clown-E will have his own booth and be signing autographs for his new motivational book Finding The Chupacabra Within. Kae, (possibly with Piña Colada lip and a stomach full of pulpy goodness) should be in attendance unless his babysitter for Bacon cancels at the last second again. I'm sure if you ask nicely Bugley will demonstrate his shadow-puppet routine. It is simply devastating. He does a splendid four hour long reenactment of the 1942-1943 Guadalcanal Campaign with nothing more than a flashlight and a toothpick. With that in mind our snakey bitch this go around is Howard Weyers. Howard Weyers is the boss of Weyco an insurance firm in Michigan. The company randomly nicotine tests it's employees. If you fail the test, YOU'RE FIRED!!! Apparently in Michigan, there’s no law that prevents an over-zealous cocksucker from firing people pretty much at will. For employees of Weyco that means no smoking at work, no smoking at home, no smoking period. Weyers, a former college football coach, works out five times a week and is forcing his employees to share his values. "I set the policy and I’m not going to bend from the policy," says Weyers. TURBONEGRO LIVE at the AVALON SUNSET STRIP HOLLYWOOD

So what went down is this. Me and the staff from ckyhim.com and clown e love of m500 went to La for one of the best weekends of all times. Turbonegro was playing on Friday night at the Avalon in hollywood. Saturday night H.I.M. was playing at the Wiltern in Hollywood. Sunday night was Tech N9ne and Saint Dog at the Key Club on the Sunset Strip. I will do this update in a 3 part deal. First and foremost i will review the 1st show we saw. Turbonegro and TINC (the international noise conspircy) were on! We arrived at our hotel early friday afternoon. We were staying in Hollywood for 4 days so we got an amazing room at the best hotel on the strip. The Grafton. If you ever go to the sunset strip i definitely recommend you stay at The Grafton.


Ok so after a while we had the conciser bring us up some Rum and Cokes, Then we got outa hand and started Doning up the Turbonegro HANK makeup. Its basicly giant eye lashes painted on to look like Alex from Clockwork Orange pretty wicked. We walked out on the street with the get up on, and guess what, no one cared. Its the sunset strip, your walking around trannys and freaks! You just fit in. So we walked across the street to this famous costume shop on the strip and got White Contact Lenses. Fully bootleg! Its totally illegal to sell contact lenses and not be an eye doctor, i swear the guy pulled them outa behind the counter like he was slanging rock. Anyways after that we called a taxi and got a ride to the venue.


We showed up to the show before the opening act TINC got on. So we went right to the bar to continue the onslaught of rum and cokes. I had forgot but this was the same night as the Wild Boyz Wrap party. As i was at the bar i started to see some of the crew! First person i saw was the producer of all the big brother skate films, here is a picture of him on the cover of CRAP. I said hi to him, then saw everyone else from that show. IT was great to see them all again. I then spoted Manny, I had met Manny before and we were talking about the season wrapping up, we had some cocktails etc. The thing about chilling with Manny is he is a REAL MAN. A true hero. He has done such amazing things in his life, he makes steve erwin look like a pansy! Ok so the 1st band came on and they were OK. The lead singer just thought he was mick jagger or something. Mr Rock and Roll himself. I think he pulled off every stereotypical rock star move on stage there is. But one part i wont forget, He went over to his keyboardest and was hocking loogies on him. Over and over again. Then walked away. The guy was covered in looches. What a dork if i was that keyboardest regardless of anything id a bashed him over the head with my Casio! But watch the Sopranos too much.


So after that, booh ya! Turbonegro hit the stage! They rock so hard its unreal. Most of the people in the crowd are true Turbojugands. A turbojugand is like a "Dead Head" its a word for there followers, hard core followers. They usually don the TN denim jacket. This jacket has a picture of a leather hat on the back, and says the town where there from. We saw Turbojugands from all over the world, even china! So Turbojugands wear the jacket, the makeup like i had on, or the Happy Tom Sailor Hat. Everyone in the crowd knows all the lyrics, including me. Im a freakin HUGE TN fan and play there cd's all the time. I was just extremely rocking out. They put on an amazing show. Hank came out with the Clockwork Orange get up on and played City of Satan. After a few more tracks like, Get it on and the intro theme song for WIld Boyz he put on a different costume. He looked like HE MAN! lol but at 1st he didn't come out as he man, a midget holding a sign cameo out as Hank/he man! Who knows it could have been wee man for all i knew but the crowd was going off! Hank many many times durning the show stoped and told very disgusting perverted storeys. One of them was about the osborns and another one was about the freaks in la.

Hank then droped the big news, Turbonegro is MOVING TO LA!!! YES! Because so far they dont play in the US very often. The big brother/wild boyz staff was back stage durning the show watching it, and they were filming it too. So we might see this footage on the show. After the show, me and my crew went to the rainbow room on sunset. Guess who was there. HAHAH Ville Valo and Bam Margera haha it was freakin going off. The place was so packed with people it was intense. I dont think i have seen more hollywood ho's in my life. Groupies and Plastic people all over the place, it was fun as hell! I wont say what all went down there, but it was freakin intense. At about 3 or 4 am we walked back to our room at the grafton just dazed....... and here i am, alive to tell everyone about it. Dont worry, there will be pics from the HIM show the next day and review soon. BUT also, ill be at the CKY show at the Avalon on the 19th of this month to see cKy play......i can not wait they rock SO HARD!!! Next stop is babalyon forever Love metal!!!!!!!

Shortly after I concluded my service, My homie Bugley1 (Ladies, He's Single) and his homies Left Alone, hooked it up this year for Warped Tour 2005! This was my first Warped and it was off the chain. Offspring, Left Alone and alla them cats were off the hook. It coolest shxt was seeing a parking lot with nothing at the beginning and trashed by the end of the event.You know, I was just thinking about it and fxcking with the "TRUTH" people was cool. For you Non TV watchin ninjas out there, the TRUTH are retards that try to get smokers to stop smoking. The failed, They can Fxck off!

Another summer favorite for me and the homies is goin to Universal Studios Hollywood. Ya we go there to act the fool, get drunk as fuck, get a tan, line cut to the front of lines of rides. Remember back when I told you about these new pro wrestling dvds titled- Shooting Range, Backyard Criminals, & Masters Of The Ring. Those dvds were put out by the same company and featured such wrestling stars as our former JCW Champion VAMPIRO, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Terry Funk, Rey Mysterio Jr, Konnan, Vic Grimes, Sandman, New Jack, Ultimo Dragon, Al Snow, and many more. Well, incase you slept on those dvds your in luck. Theirs a brand new dvd in stores now called Masters Of Pain. This dvd is basically all the footage from the 3 dvds I mentioned above, in 1 dvd. It not expensive either. In all the stores I’ve seen it in, it’s being sold for under $20. So for all you VAMPIRO fans out there, hurry up and snag that shit cause like the first 3 dvds, it’s gonna become hard to find.
FINALLY THE NEW HELLRAISER DVD IS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC...
After many years of anticipating the release of the 7th HELLRAISER film- DEADER, the dvd has finally seen the light of day! Being one of the biggest horror movie nuts ever, I’m usually pretty hard on the films when they come out because I get my hopes up so far in advance. However, HELLRAISER DEADER was definitely worth the entire wait. Even though PINHEAD is not seen in the film as much as I’d like, I found the story and cast to be very impressive. In this HELLRAISER edition PINHEAD and his CENOBITE buddies once again tangle with the ancestors of the original toymaker(who created the Puzzle Box). However, the toymakers ancestor is not what you’d expect. To make the whole story more intriguing is the attractive undercover reporter who gets tangled up in matters she can’t comprehend. It’s basically like watching an investigation of cult activities with a much more deadly group watching that cult to ensure they don’t unravel certain deadly secrets of their own. And of course it wouldn’t be a HELLRAISER film without horror Icon DOUG BRADLEY playing PINHEAD again. And even though his screen time was limited(don’t worry, he had more screen time then he did in INFERNO) DOUG knew exactly how to utilize every second on camera and keep the viewer captivated and horrified at the same time. Some of the dvds bonus features include- several deleted scenes, goof ups, special fx secrets, a photo gallery, commentaries, and more. If you’ve ever been a fan of the series and have fallen off the bandwagon along the way, this film will probably steal back your interest in the HELLRAISER saga. Enjoy.

Summer Time! Live it up!

Well here it is. The summer time in all its glory. This summer so far has been off the hook. The summer kicked off with Memorial day and is in full effect. A few weeks ago i had a party at my house with over 150 people there. Keg Beer on tap, tons of chix, and a hardcore strip show from the ladies. It got freaky up in my house, topless chix dancing, there was a pot belly pig with a hat on, Mud Wrestling, Jumper Cables and saddles, sex, drungs and rock n roll baby. Yup it was insane. My landlord at my house was biting his nails the entire night. He lives behind me. After about 2 am he called for the 10th time threatening to call the cops.... and never did. Phat party.


After that we hit up the lake on the constant. The parties out there are insane. People go out there mobed up with kegs, ice chest full of beer, beer bongs, water cannons, wake boards, inertubes, chix, etc. This year were keeping it real with the ratio. We always roll with more chix than guys on our boat. Yes bitches im single, and on my forhead it reads in big letters "IF YOUR CRAZY, PSYCHO, AND HOT IM YOUR MAN". Thats my luck, this sign needs to be changed to "IF YOUR A HOT TALL BLOND WHO GOES TO CHURCH IM ALL YOURS". HAHA those girls dont exhist and all bitches are crazy. If your not crazy.... thats just crazy talk, and you are nuts, trust me. Out at the lake there are nothing but freaks. They play for some reason out there TECH N9NE all the time. Well i know the reason, its cause TECH IS THE FUCKING SHIT!!!!!! Also on the music note the NEW CKY cd came out. An answer can be found..... its the MEGA TON BOMB YALL and you need to check it out.

The fourth of July! It was one of the best 4th of Julys of all time. I went to Pismo Dunes. It was just tons and tons of people setting of pro fireworks. From 9 till 4 am. 6 hours non stop. I met up with Chelsea. The day before this juggalette was at home and lost her dog. It was hit by a car and she wrote this extrely sad story about it. She was holding her dog Bojangles in her arms as he died caughing up blood.... poor girl so sad. So I rolled out and saw her and her buddies out there. They had it going on. Bon Fire, BBQ, Smores, and THE NEW TWIZTID CD. After hours of drinking and watching fire works we got in our Trux and went 4x4ing out at the dunes. There is this place called COMP HILL. Giant hill of sand that people try and go up, my ride goes up it no problem and i schooled the fuck outa the people there and was pulling people who were stuck out constantly. Imagine bout 200 trucks around this mountin and its pitch black and there all DRUNK!!!ahhah PURE CHAOS!!!!

M500 at the infamous I500??? What does that mean you ask? You guessed it. Boogie reped the M500 in Indianapolis Indiana over the Memorial day weekend at the INDY500! In other words, I was drunk for 4 days straight. Many stars were in attendance at the Indy. Paul Sr, Paul Jr and Mikey from OCC, Montell Williams, David Letterman (he owns a few race teams. Including hottie Danica Patrick.), Kool & the Gang, Cheech Maron, Tony Danza, The Black Crows, 3 Doors Down and Gomer Pyle himself... Jim Neighbors!! This was an all expense paid trip. Airfare, hotel, race tix, pit and garage passes were all taken care of by Suntrust and the IRL (Indy Racing League). Hottie of the race, Danica Patrick, started in the 4th spot. After she spun, lost the nose of her car and ran out of gas, she took the lead with about 23 laps left. We were all hoping that she would keep that lead and win the race, but it didn’t happen. Dan Wheldon ended up passing her with about 10 left and continued on to win the 89th Indy500. Even though she didn’t win, she was the first woman in history to lead a lap at the 500. Way to go Danica, I will see you in Richmond on the 25th!!!

FORMER JCW CHAMPION SABU MAKES HIS LONG AWAITED RETURN TO THE RING...
For over 10 months SABU fans have been wondering where the former ECW and JCW Champion has been. For 15 plus years SABU has been amazing fans all over the world with his innovative high risk moves and reckless abandonment. Then about 10 months ago SABU left the ring. ? Well, after more than a decade of crashing through flaming tables, getting beat with barbed wire baseball bats, and wearing chairs on his head like baseball caps the man needed a rest! However, nobody knew if this was really it for SABU or just a temporary thing. Earlier this month(and outta the blue), SABU made his long awaited return in Ionia MI for the All World Wrestling League. Early on in the show SABU surprised the fans even more by attacking his cousin Ed Farhat Jr. with his infamous steel spike. SABU wasn’t done yet. That night SABU took on an opponent by the name of N8 Mattson. SABU looked very impressive! Even though it’d been awhile since he was in the ring, he looked as if he had no ring rust at all. SABU leveled N8 towards the end of the bout with his brutal Triple Jump Moonsault followed by an Arabian Facebuster. Of course everybody expected SABU to claim the victory, but nobody knew that SABU was still capable of pulling off all his old school suicidal moves. It was good to see SABU back to his old ways. I can’t wait to see him shedding blood all over the upcoming ECW PPV! SABU’s next match for the All World Wrestling League will be against the Milwaukee Crusher on 6/18.
MY REVIEW OF TIM SULLIVAN’S UPCOMING 2001 MANIACS FILM STARRING ROBERT ENGLUND(WITH CAMEO’S BY MAD MAN PONDO AND KANE JASON HODDER) ...
By now you guys know just how much of a horror nut I am. So you can only imagine how psyched I was a few years back when I heard Tim Sullivan was gonna remake the 60’s classic horror film 2000 MANIACS. Being a remake of this significance, it took a bit longer than originally anticipated to get the project completed. Well, it’s finally finished and ready to corrupt your minds this summer. And since I know people who know people in the business I was able to get a sneak preview of Tim Sullivan’s 2001 MANIACS. If your not familiar with Sullivan’s work, he was the man behind the comedy Detroit Rock City. With this said, I wasn’t quite sure what kind of transition Sullivan was going to make from the comedy genre to the horror genre. Especially with a remake of this caliber. However, as soon as I learned that Sullivan acquired horror Legend- ROBERT ENGLUND(FREDDY), I knew the man must’ve done his homework. As soon as the film starts you get the impression that you’re gonna be in for a wild ride! And it is! The whole film through. Sullivan also finds numerous ways to add humor throughout the film. In most horror films, too much humor cheapens the feel of the movie. Not with 2001 MANIACS though. Also, the kill scenes of the film are some of the most creative you’ll ever see. You may also notice a few familiar faces on the screen as well. Our JCW Mainstay and GOTJ Wrestling Instructor MAD MAN PONDO has a small role in the film. You’ll also be glad to see our juggalotus- KANE HODDER aka JASON VOORHEES towards the end of the movie as well. And not that anyone reading this is a countly music fan, but you will also notice a small role by Travis Tritt in the film. All in all the film is a very solid mix of Horror and Humor. I’m not usually a big fan of remakes, but this one is definitely a step above most. It’s still unsure if 2001 MANIACS will hit theatres as a midnight showing or regular showings around the country. I hope it starts a big enough buzz that it gets a regular nationwide release. Bottom line= A good remake of a classic!
RECENT VAMPIRO RESULTS FROM AAA...
My homie VAMPIRO has recently made a huge return to AAA Wrestling in Mexico. On may 15th our former JCW Champion VAMPIRO took part in AAA’s TripleMania event against non other than his long time rival KONNAN. If you’re not familiar with the rocky real life past these two have had it’s amazing that these boys can work in the same building let alone ring with each other. But that drama was years ago, and these guys have since managed to put past differences aside. Anyways, back to the match. The fans were anxious all night to see these guys battle it out. And they delivered! They battled back and fourth for the duration of the bout. Neither man had complete control at any moment. Towards the end it looked like VAMPIRO was gonna score the huge win after nailing a vicious spinning heel kick to Konnan’s face. However, the former NWO member managed to kick out and eventually squeak out a narrow victory over an unsuspecting VAMPIRO. With VAMPIRO and KONNAN both on AAA’s regular roster now, fans can expect to see a VAMPIRO/KONNAN feud ensue in the near future.
MYZERY NEWS- TWIN GATS RETURN, NEW COLLABORATION, CONCERT REVIEW, AND CONTEST WINNER...
You guys know that if you read MYZERY news from your boy HODGE, than it’s come straight from the source right. Well, I got some good news for ya. MYZERY’s alter ego TWIN GATS(OG PSYCHOPATHIC RYDA) will be releasing a new album this year. Already a handful of tracks have been recorded, and many more will be mixed in the studio in the weeks to come. If you want a taste of what the TWIN GATS album will be like, just head over to the official site www.myzery.net (I also run the news there) and peep the audio section for the TWIN GATS solo track All Eyez On Me. I’ll keep you guys posted on the upcoming album. Besides putting the finishing touches on his new album Love and Hate, MYZERY has been mad busy working with all kinds of cats on collaboration tracks as well. Just recently MYZERY linked up with FL rapper by the name of Prophet to create the scorchin new joint Get At Me. I’ve heard bits of it from big PONCH, and the song is incredible. As many of you were aware, MYZERY recently did a show in MI with like 10 other acts. Although, many people assumed MYZ was a no-show that wasn’t the case at all. The reason MYZERY wasn’t spotted by many in attendance, was because MYZERY performed last at around 1am. A lot of ninjas didn’t think the show lasted after midnight and bounced early. But yeah, MYZERY was there and performed a blazin set. If you were one of the unaware fans who bounced early you missed all kinds of live new MYZERY tracks, including 9MM. Even MYZERY’s lil Niece Samantha was there having a good time on the stage with MYZ and Camp. And lastly, the MYZERY contest winner for his Psychopathic Leather Varsity Jacket has been named.
