The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at Milenko 500.

M500 automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or login to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

No matter why you send back your merchandise, please follow these rules. Send the package to address listed on bottom of page. Include a copy of your order #, your adress, in the package and write why you are sending the package back. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, include instead a note that has your name, order number, address, telephone number and why you are returning the package. If we receive a package with no explanation as to why it was returned to us we cannot help you. The maximum time allowed to return an item is 10 days from the purchase date. If this time limit is exceeded, then we cannot accept any returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When you send us an email, please take an extra moment to look through it and make sure it makes sense and you're actually asking a question. Lots of people like to write emails that make statements, but then don't ask any questions based on those statements. Also, make sure at the end of your email you list your full real name, order number (if it was a mail order tell us that), and the last four digits of your credit card number (ignore this if you sent in a mail order).
