We BACK Juggalos!
Well this years Gathering has come and gone. And it looks like i'm gonna be the first ninja fully
recovered and able to update about this years Gathering. First off, i think all of us who went
want to extend Psychopathic Records a huge Thank You
for once again putting on an event like no other. Theres just NOTHING that compares to a Gathering. Its
like a fuckin woodstock for juggalos each year and it keeps gettin better and fresher. Now i'll admit
i had my doubts about the whole outdoors thing....but slap me fuckin silly i'll be damned if i wasnt
wrong about that. This years gathering will go down for me personally as one of best experiences of
my life....that and jitting. Ok on to my review of this years Gathering...
Gathering of the Juggalos Review as done by Mr E Love
Ok first off i should mention, this will probably be the only Gathering update seeing as on the way
back, Kae-Lo managed to lose all our cameras except mine cuz i just plain dont trust that nigga and
kept my cameras on me. We all separated at the gathering to get ALL the flavor and now all their hard
works gone thanks to kae.....way to go Kae. Ass.
Well the gathering for me started when i landed in Detroit and met up with my cuz Ry Ry. It'd been a good minute
since i seen that ninja so it was dope to go chill and relax before the actual gathering. Roy of Sota F/x
was also there for the Gathering and he asked me if i could help film some of the events and concerts.
So of course i said "how much does it pay!?" We hammered out all the details and then we got ready to
take off for Ohio towards the Gathering
First Day: Arrival
We all got there early thursday morning. We made sure we all had our guides and cameras. Plus our
ghetto style walkie talkies that only had a 10 foot radius. WTF!?! Anyway i told my crew i was
rolling wit RoyBot and they were all str8 with that. SKS did cry a little but that was it. Now if
you werent here last year and u missed this year again let me explain how everything gets started.
First off nothing really goes down on that first thursday. Everyones still arriving and getting settled
in so your not gonna miss any of the real flavor. Friday is the first full official day to do and see shit.
That day i mostly just walked around and chilled with my cousin. So many juggalos kept arriving all day
long. I saw our neighbor from the North Snowwy Nizzos from Canadianjuggalo.com when he arrived....he offered
to trade my all access pass for his special edition, still sealed Bizzar Bizaar Sampler from 2000. Oh man
i needed that laugh. Thanks Snowwy! Now the fresh part about the outdoors thing is that the place is HUGE
so at any given time a Psychopathic artist might come zooming past you in one of those jiggy golf carts that are used to
get around the campgrounds.
What You Got On My PiZZa Foo!?
The setup was pretty much like this. Certain roads lead to all the campgrounds..while others lead you
to the food and concert area. Theres a pic of me and Ry Ry chillin in the concert area and if you
notice theres still grass in that area.....psssshhh not come sunday night....the place was nothing
but faygo soaked dirt and mud...but i digress. The food court or whatever was pretty fresh. your basic
carnie type foods like hot dogs, philly cheeseteaks, pizza and of course hamburgers. At any time
day or night u could get you something to eat. Off further down the food court path you end up towards the
beach of LAKE LOTUS. Where on Saturday night i would witness the event that is Burning Man. Now i'd never seen
a man burn in real life before. I could probably say most of you havent either....but if you have...you're
probably a terrorist...anyway.....this man was going for the world record for being on fire. Let me say first
that he did indeed break the record....damned if i know what it is....but he did. But man it was weird
as hell to see this ninja willingly set himself on fire then dance and run around for however long it
was. There was madd ninjas lined up along the beaches of LAKE LOTUS cheering him on...some just wanted
him to burn (terrorists) but in any case once he had the record, he quickly jumped in the lake only
to have his leg bitten off by a fresh water crocodile!! (ok that last part i made up)
Psychopathic Concerts and What Not
Before i get into the concerts there was a huge surprise during the opening ceramonies with every single
Psychopathic artist on stage and they all did their part to welcome the mystery guest....BONE THUGS N HARMONY.
Thats right...the ninjas from nearby Cleveland showed up and showed the juggalos love and did one of the
most devastating sets i'd ever seen. Everyone was talkin about that shit the next day. Much props to them kids.
My schedule was pretty much like this. I'd wake up semi early...go fuck around for a bit, then go
film some of the events like autograph siginings, seminars, Talent Shows, etc. Then at night
film all the concerts right from on stage. If any of you ninjas were near the front for any of
the concerts you probably saw me on left side of the stage lookin thru my camera like a porn director.
All the concerts were the sht with the exception of a few. I missed DJ Swamp cuz frankly i dont
even remember...probably getting high somewhere. Oh shit before i forget big what up to Ry Ry, Jessie,
and her friend Alicia who was nice enough to chill with me during her off hours at the convenience
store. Ok where was i...ok ya missed DJ Swamp, i didnt see Kurupt but i was backstage and the amount
of shit being thrown was UNREAL. He deserved it tho. You dont tell the juggalos what to do
at the fuckin Gathering....shit he jes didnt realize exactly where he was.....WHICH brings me to
ODB....i gotta say he was ok.....he fucked up quite a few times tho trying to rep his new label
and what not...but realized where he was and started jockin the juggalos....which is fine by me.
The rest of the performances were the shit.
Tech N9ne showed so much love to all the Los and Lettes
and so did V-Ice. GO NINJA GO NINJA GO! All the Psychopathic sets were the shit of course, specifically
the ABK set. Man that shit was hype....complete with actual Indians on stage....i wont reveal
the identity of the chief but his initials are "R"...."Y"......."R"....."Y"...The Lotus set
was the shit....you dont know the power of the juggalos till you've heard 8000 strong
juggalos school the fuck outa "Ka-Boom"....man that shit was ill. Now i dont know if many know this
but the mystery seminar was none other than the Rydas...and it wasnt a seminar..it was a mini
concert. So if you were wondering WHERE THE FUCK THE RYDAS AT?!!? well then u missed it ninja.(terrorist).
The ICP set was the conclusion to 3 straight days of freshness. It started out with Deadbody man
and everyone on stage was dressed like a zomibe jes stumbling around when its reveal two of those
zomibes were none other than Violent J and Shaggy......freshness i tell ya. Soooo much faygo
was thrown that night. They did a lot of old skool songs but not one from Hells Pit. I think
i saw Jugalinko & Scottie D of FLH crowd surfing to Lets go all the way....dont know what
THAT was all bout.
Actin Da Fool at Club Chaos and in the Fuckin Pitch Black Forest
Ok so thats all the official flavor, but to me the highlights were after all the concerts were
done when it was me and my cuz chilling walking around in the pitch black forest walking
from campsite to campsite getting high and drunk. Im from the city so i dont get to spend
too much time in forests so to me it was a trip to all of sudden be in the middle of fuckin
no where jes chillin with madd juggalos. You could hear random juggalo parties goin on from
campsite to campsite and everyone was jes partying and having a good time. At one point
we were all chillin at Ry Ry's campsite and Jumpsteady rolled up outa nowhere and jes bs'd with us
for a good minute. It was that type of atmosphere. Just clown love all around! So fresh!
Wrap Up & Shout Outs
Well thats about all i can remember juggalos. I hope all of you that didnt make it this year
will make it next year. Word is theres gonna be TWO, one on the West Coast and one on th East
so hopefully that way more ninjas will be able to get to one no matter what. I had a blast
this year and i know my whole crew did too. Shout out to Roybot the camera wizard, Ry Ry
ur my bro and cuz homie, Jessie you schooled that indian girl on stage, Alicia that pizza
was amazing wasnt it lol, and ALL the juggalos i met up with that gave props to Milenko500
MMFCL ninjaz! Im out like what BABY WHUT!?!?
